1. Made-to-order products:

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns. All our desserts are made-to-order and handcrafted with care. Because each item is prepared specifically for you, we do not accept refunds or returns once the order is confirmed.

2. Cancellations or changes:

We can accept cancellations or changes only if requested at least one week in advance of the scheduled pickup. In such cases, we offer store credit valid for 90 days or the option to reschedule your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please report it within 2 hours of pickup by sending photos and details to [your contact email/phone].

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

We cannot issue refunds based on personal taste preferences or texture expectations.

Please follow the recommended storage instructions to ensure product freshness.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

Although our desserts are made with clean, wholesome ingredients and may be gluten-free or sugar-free, they are produced in a home kitchen where traces of all kind of nuts, coconut, eggs, or other allergens may be present.

If the customer is unavailable at the agreed pickup time, rescheduling is subject to our availability and not guaranteed for your preferred date. the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

My Deli Fit operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of homemade foods directly to consumers.

Our products are not prepared in an inspected commercial kitchen, but we maintain strict standards of cleanliness, ingredient quality, and food safety.
